Area of application:
Aggressive, also contaminated liquids and
molten materials such as e.g. sulphuric acid at all
concentrations, liquid sulphur, PSA, tar, molten salt
Design features:
- Closed impeller
- Compact double volute casing to
balance out radial loadings
- Shaft column separate from
discharge pipe
- The shaft is supported in
anti-friction bearings above the mounting flange and
corrosion resistant sleeve bearings which come into contact
with the medium. One or more intermediate bearings for
submersion depths greater than 2,100 mm
- Shaft sealing by stuffing box
(normal / gas tight / cooled / heated or mechanical seal
(single / double / gas sealed)
- Fully heated and magnetic coupling
possible
Working temperature limits:
-160°C to +550°C (with magnetic coupling up to 350 °C)

Light duty applications such as chemical
effluents, acids, alkaline solutions or diverse processing media
with a solids content of max. 5 % in the chemical and
petrochemical industry, galvanising and other areas of industry.
Design features:
- Closed impeller
- Compact double volute casing to
balance out radial loadings
- Twin tube design with stable
suspension tube
- The shaft is supported in
anti-friction bearings above the mounting flange and a
corrosion resistant sleeve bearing in contact with the
medium
- Shaft sealing by stuffing box or
shaft sealing ring
Working temperature limits:
300°C
