Area of application:
Aggressive, also contaminated liquids and molten materials such as e.g. sulphuric acid at all concentrations, liquid sulphur, PSA, tar, molten salt

Design features:
  • Closed impeller
  • Compact double volute casing to balance out radial loadings
  • Shaft column separate from discharge pipe
  • The shaft is supported in anti-friction bearings above the mounting flange and corrosion resistant sleeve bearings which come into contact with the medium. One or more intermediate bearings for submersion depths greater than 2,100 mm
  • Shaft sealing by stuffing box (normal / gas tight / cooled / heated or mechanical seal (single / double / gas sealed)
  • Fully heated and magnetic coupling possible

Working temperature limits:   -160°C to +550°C (with magnetic coupling up to 350 °C)

0.6025, 1.0619, 1.7357, V 5700, 1.4136 S, 1.4306 S, 1.4408, HA 28 5, R 30 20, RHSX, RHRS, R 70 C1, R 70 B1, titanium

Light duty applications such as chemical effluents, acids, alkaline solutions or diverse processing media with a solids content of max. 5 % in the chemical and petrochemical industry, galvanising and other areas of industry.

Design features:
  • Closed impeller
  • Compact double volute casing to balance out radial loadings
  • Twin tube design with stable suspension tube
  • The shaft is supported in anti-friction bearings above the mounting flange and a corrosion resistant sleeve bearing in contact with the medium
  • Shaft sealing by stuffing box or shaft sealing ring

Working temperature limits:   300°C
